Case report: A 55 years old Caucasian gentleman presented with recurrent episodes of unexplained hypoglycaemia with slurred speech, lethargy, myoclonic jerks and seizures. He had background of craniopharyngioma at the age of 17 and underwent surgery but no radiotherapy.
